
Appointed to work with Skanska Residential UK’s senior management team in developing the sales and marketing strategy and the launch of the brand into the UK housing market. Giving insight and advice on the UK housing market and providing support as head of sales, marketing and public relations in an interim capacity - developing and implementing the required procedures for this discipline, ensuring these were connected with the overall business and all digital platforms. During the project we delivered the launch of the Seven Acres scheme in Cambridge, successfully delivering the first product in Great Kneighton to break the pricing ceiling of £900,000 and introducing the brand to the market.

The brief was to review and update the procedural processes for the Homes Division (Larkfleet and Allinson Homes). To work with the CEO in updating governance standards and delegated authorities in conjunction with the senior leadership team. This required a multi disciplinary approach with the engagement of heads of departments including; Land & Planning, Technical, Commercial, Sales and Marketing, Construction and Customer Care. The project successfully delivered an updated set of cohesive departmental procedures providing consistency on a national basis. In addition, Infusion engaged with third parties in successfully delivering this content in a digital format which was both dynamic and intuitive for the user.
The brief was to represent the requirements of the sales and marketing function in the design and development of a new customer relations management system and digital strategy. This required engagement and co-ordination with all senior leaders at regional level to agree and formalise the regional sales and marketing procedures/processes into one consistent national process togther with advising on the design and delivery strategy required. Infusion, in conjunction with the wider project team delivered on the successful implementation of a new customer relations management system for Kier Living.

Providing advice and support in the design and launch strategy for a new SME focusing on designing and developing modular homes. Working with the Managing Director, to provide support and advice on engaging with the wider stakeholders in the housing market.
Appointed to work alongside the existing leasehold team to develop an understanding of the private sales and shared ownership market. Providing training on all aspects of sales and marketing including; market appraisals / understanding market conditions, pricing, the sales process, providing support on land viabilities and developing procedures.
